We believe that market research has an important role to play in the community, helping businesses and other organisations make better decisions about the products and services they develop for their customers.

And at the heart of these decisions are the thoughts and opinions of everyday people. We exist to give everyone the opportunity to participate and share their opinion.

Telmy has been built by researchers for researchers. We know what a difference good recruitment makes to being able to deliver great research – that’s why we’re passionate about finding the right match every time.

Who built Telmy?

Telmy was built by a team of Melbourne researchers who were continually frustrated by the quality of recruitment and the recruitment process. As researchers, we know how important getting the right people in the room is to the quality of the outcome, and our simple aim is to make this better.
Launched in 2017, Telmy aims to bring together three key elements – a great experience for respondents, a great outcome for researchers, and clever technology that makes the process, efficient, seamless and intelligent.
